By clicking “Agree” or joining a Grace of Christ Ministries ("the Church") Zoom session, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in our virtual worship services and events.
 

1. Consent to Recording, Broadcast, and Likeness
 

• You acknowledge that Grace of Christ Ministries services are live-streamed and/or recorded for distribution across various digital platforms. Y

• By joining this Zoom session, you grant the Church the irrevocable right to use your voice, image, and likeness as captured during the session for ministry purposes, including but not limited to social media, website archives, and promotional materials.  

• If you do not wish to be recorded, you must keep your camera and microphone turned off for the duration of the session.
   

2. Privacy and Personal Responsibility
 

• Voluntary Disclosure:  You understand that any personal information, prayer requests, or testimonies shared during the Zoom session may be heard or seen by all other participants and viewers.

• Bystander Consent:  You are responsible for ensuring that anyone else in your household who may appear on your camera or be heard through your microphone is aware of and consents to these terms.

• Privacy Settings:  The Church recommends reviewing your personal Zoom Privacy Settings prior to joining to manage how your name and profile picture appear to others.
   

3. Conduct and Security
 

• Prohibited Content: You agree to abide by the Church’s code of conduct. Harassment, hate speech, inappropriate attire, or the sharing of obscene or disruptive digital content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

• Link Security: To protect the safety of our congregation, you agree not to post the Zoom link, Meeting ID, or Password on public social media or share them with unauthorized parties.

• Compliance: All participants must also comply with Zoom’s Acceptable Use Policy.
   

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• Church Property: The sermons, graphics, and original materials presented are the intellectual property of Grace of Christ Ministries and You agree not to record, rip, or redistribute services or clips of services that are being streamed for any use without the express written authorization of Grace of Christ Ministries.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Grace of Christ Ministries provides this virtual service on an "as-is" basis. The Church is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or any data breaches occurring on your personal device or through the Zoom platform. You agree to hold Grace of Christ Ministries harmless from any claims or damages arising from your participation in the virtual service.
   

By joining any Grace of Christ Ministries Zoom meeting, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above.
